LE34: digital transformation case study
When LE34’ Swedish subsidiary started growing, they knew it was time to look for a professional business solution.
Digital Transformation Case Study
As the biggest survey company in the Nordics, LE34 paves the way for tomorrow’s major climate, construction and infrastructure projects.
When LE34 set foot in Sweden, a small, not integrated module system was enough. 7 years later they had grown from 3 to 30 employees (50 planned in short) and are now dealing with about 300 projects per year. Looking for an integrated system that would replace the small islands for time and expense reporting they had been using so far wasn’t an option anymore.
The Challenge
There was no automation at all, all was manual. To the point where the accountant would type the same data three times.
Because of the positive experience with Navision in the Danish headquarters, where they deal with about 12,000 projects per year, they decided to go for Business Central.

The next steps
For the sake of full integration, budgeting and planning will be implemented in phase #2. This will replace the Excel sheets that are currently being used for forecasting.
Progressus Advanced Projects will also be implemented in the Danish headquarters in the near future. With its 450 employees, 23 offices and 12,000 projects per year, a challenging implementation we’re really looking forward to start with our Danish partner Elbek & Vejrup.
